Picture of The Green Way
The Green Avenue will take you safely to the heart of the Pays de Bray and the Country Dieppe. On foot, bicycle, rollerblades, strollers and wheelchairs; go to the discovery of moods and landscapes of the Seine-Maritime. At your own pace, let you count the stories and secrets of villages and sample the delights of local produce.
In Seine-Maritime, Green Avenue was constructed between Saint-Aubin-Le-Cauf and Beaubec-La Rosiere by the Department on the old railway. It keeps the memory of passing trains. Stations, gates, signals, tracks ... the rhythm of your walk. The former railway level crossings, denoted PN are all gateways on the Avenue Verte. Numbered, they will serve as a point of reference, the PN 63 Beaubec la Rosiere, the PN 104 Saint-Aubin-le-Cauf. Mileage points "PK" will inform you about every 500 meters of distance between yourself and the Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris if the track was still active. At the "PK 140000", more than 140 km to reach Saint-Lazare!
